With funding from the NIH Community Engagement Alliance (CEAL), we are building the capacity of community based organizations to address the social needs of patients in historically marginalized communities.

Social Care in Underresourced Communities

The Unidas por Salud team collaborates with state-wide CEAL network to address the social needs of patients from historically marginalized communities in the desert region of Inland Southern California. The network includes 10 community academic partnership sites across California.
